Multiple homes, primarily located in the SE corner of our community don’t have irrigation water as of Sunday afternoon, March 15. We have a reclaimed (irrigation) water line break in the park along 37th Rd. GRU came to investigate and closed three isolation valves to shut off the water to the loop feeding the line with the break. GRU will issue a work order to dig around the area and repair the piping if it’s downstream of the service connection. The location is not only very saturated with water but also not readily accessible because of large bushes on top of the pipe. Bosshardt will coordinate the work with the Association’s irrigation contractor, Gillespie.
It might take a few days before the system is up and running again. Meanwhile, owners can water any critical plants or grass with a hose.
